Pain Relief Through Virtual Posture Therapy

All that is needed is a device with a camera such as a laptop, tablet or phone; the ability to utilize a platform such as Zoom or FaceTime; and enough space in your home to set up the device for posture photos to be taken and do exercises in as instructed by a postural alignment specialist.” While Freeman admits she has previously preferred working in person with clients, she has found working with them virtually to be every bit as effective as the in-person therapy. “There’s nothing more rewarding than giving someone hope by helping them connect their posture and function to their pain, and then taking them through a process that brings relief, sometimes very quickly, from their pain,” adds Freeman.
