Those that yearn for answers to the “big questions” and want to discover the spiritual purposes behind our everyday lives are invited to attend a free three-part discussion class on the fascinating book Eckankar: Ancient Wisdom for Today, by Harold Klemp, at 11 a.m. on the third Friday each month for three months beginning September 20 at the Mount Laurel Community Center. People of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome.

This short, little book explains how past lives, dreams and soul travel are more than intriguing ancient mysteries; they are the natural activity of soul. Soul is the “true self”—the inner, most sacred part of each person. The book gives some simple spiritual exercises, which will be tried in class, to directly access one’s own inner guidance, experience the light and sound of God and know oneself as soul, an infinite, eternal spiritual being.
