Diabetes Prevention Program

This program includes guidance from a trained lifestyle coach. Topics covered include healthy eating, physical activity, calorie tracking, stress, and overcoming obstacles.
Sessions step down from weekly, to bi-monthly, to monthly over the course of a year for continuous support and encouragement!
The goals of this program is to reduce body weight by 5-7% and increase physical activity to 150 minutes a week.
