Join us for this demonstration on making fermented veggies where we will discuss different techniques and recipes to try at home. We will show you the process followed by samples of of a variety of fermented veggies after the class. Reservations are required and cost of admission is $20 per person. Supplies to make fermented veggies at home will be available for purchase at the class.
