Balanced Planet Yoga Celebrates New 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Graduates

Balanced Planet Yoga (BPY) is proud to congratulate its newest class of 200-hour yoga teacher training graduates: Maya Breiszis, Scott Calhoun, Kristen Caputo, Arianna Fiorini, Shae Marcus, Jennifer Pontarelli and Nicole Sanchirico.

Completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training is a meaningful accomplishment. It takes months of study, practice, dedication and a willingness to grow both on and off the mat. Throughout the training, this graduating class explored yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, breathwork, sequencing, Sanskrit and the deeper roots of the practice.

This group brought heart, humor, curiosity and support to the training room each week. Together, they learned how to safely guide students, build thoughtful classes and better understand that yoga is far more than physical movement. It is a practice of awareness, steadiness and connection.

Each of these new teachers is now on the BPY schedule and ready to welcome students to class.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or looking to return to your mat, this is a wonderful time to come practice, support the new teachers and experience the studio community,” says studio co-owner Jenna Kelly.

New students can join BPY with a two-week pass for $25.
