In an exciting development, Awakened Spirit: Elevating Holistic Healing has relocated to a new location at 751 NJ-73 North, Suite 11, in Marlton, teaming with the holistic mental health facility South Jersey Coping Clinic. With Awakened Spirit’s energy healing, yoga and meditation sessions and the clinic’s therapies (one on one, group, couples and family, for both adults and children), clients now have access to an extensive range of healing experiences.

“At the heart of Awakened Spirit’s offerings lies the powerful synergy between trauma-informed kundalini yoga and reiki energy healing,” says owner Sarah Rickert, a trauma-informed kundalini yoga teacher, reiki master, meditation guide and angel oracle reader. “By addressing the deep-rooted effects of trauma on the mind, body and spirit, I guide clients on a journey of heartfelt healing and transformation.”
