Healthy Burger Joint in Marlton
Last month marked the one-year anniversary of Shake Shack, in Marlton. Shake Shack sprouted from a hot dog cart in Manhattan to support the Madison Square Park Conservancy’s first art installation. The cart was quite a success, with Shack fans lined up daily.
Today, this modern-day “roadside” burger stand serves up the most delicious burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard, shakes and more, and has opened multiple locations across the nation and abroad.
But this is no ordinary burger joint; Shake Shack offers locals a healthy and responsible way to satisfy their fast-food cravings. Sourcing incredible ingredients from like-minded ranchers, farmers, bakers and food purveyors is what sets them apart. The burgers are made with 100 percent all-natural Angus beef—vegetarian fed, humanely raised and source verified. The chicken is 100 percent all-natural, and cage-free, and the hot dogs are 100 percent, all-natural Vienna beef. More, the fries are crinkle-cut Yukon potatoes, with zero artificial ingredients. And the frozen custard recipes use only real sugar—no corn syrup—and milk from dairy farmers that pledge not to use artificial growth hormones.
