Born in the United States and raised in Naples, Italy, owner Gino Iommelli grew up familiar with the finest, natural home recipes of Italy. At the age of 16, he brought his knowledge and expertise in Italian cuisine to New Jersey. His authentic style of pizza is created using all-natural ingredients, providing for a delicious, preservative-free menu.
