Being “fertile” can refer to anything one wants to give birth to or create in life, and Sacred Moon Fertility founders Shalini and Suzi note that preparing mentally, emotionally and physically increases the chance for success.

They designed their three-week Garden of Conception Creativity Circle, slated for August 2, 9 and 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., to help participants connect mind, body and soul.

“The Garden of Conception Creativity Circle provides participants with the tools to identify and clear the blocks that are holding them back, reduce stress, increase energy and understand the secrets to creating what the heart desires,” says Shalini.

The program, taking place at Just Breathe in Cinnaminson, blends such components as yoga, meditation, healing crystal bowls, gong and drum therapy, hypnofertility, group sharing and expression through creative art.
