Unblock the Path to Healing: Qi, in Eastern philosophy, is the energetic consciousness behind nature responsible for the vitality of all living things.

Practitioners of Eastern medicine have often diagnosed the root cause of chronic problems—whether involving chronic joint pain or other illness—as issues related to blocked Qi within some part of the body and mind.

Qi, in Eastern philosophy, is the energetic consciousness behind nature responsible for the vitality of all living things. Many practices and modalities can be used to move and balance Qi/Ki/Chi energy in the environment and body. Modalities that address the disruption or imbalance in the flow of Qi in the physical body or environment, have been traditionally used to aid in healing everything—from physical and mental disease to domestic or social conflict—as well as to create material abundance.

Chunsu or Won Ki is a specific Korean therapeutic form of Qi Gong (or Qi practice) used to address blockages in Qi found in the body and mind.

It is said that 84,000 Qi channels exist in the body, and they work through various meridians and chakras (vortexes of light energy). Releasing blocked Qi can result in an immediate reduction of pain and anxiety, the release of toxins, balanced hormones, recovery from chronic disease and a return to emotional and mental stability.

The healing benefits of chunsu, as well as other Qi Gong healing modalities, have been documented in such publications as “The American Journal of Chinese Medicine” and “The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine.”
