Access Consciousness Bars at The Sanctuary for Yoga: “Access Consciousness offers pragmatic tools to change things in one’s life that may have seemed impossible before.
Christine DiDomenico will be offering an “Introduction to Access Bars” class at The Sanctuary for Yoga in Medford, on Friday, June 2, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., and an “Access Consciousness Bars” class on Saturday, June 3, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
“Access Consciousness offers pragmatic tools to change things in one’s life that may have seemed impossible before. It allows change to occur in different and easier ways,” explains DiDomenico, a certified Access Consciousness facilitator for the past eight years.
“The first class in Access Consciousness is The Bars,” DiDomenico explains. “There are 32 points on the head that become an energetic dumping ground. When released and cleared, using light touch, the energy can flow freely. This gives one more awareness and choice in life. It’s like hitting the delete button on a computer.”
The day-long Access Consciousness Bars session is a hands-on class where participants “learn the Bars points and participate in gifting two Bars sessions and receiving two Bars sessions.”
“Bars sessions have been found to release anxiety, depression, illness, diseases and so much more,” DiDomenico adds. “This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of one’s life, without any effort.”
DiDomenico says she’s been enjoying teaching Access tools to children and adults who are looking for change in their lives. “These tools are so easy to use and create dynamic change with such ease.”
