Be a Difference Maker for Haiti's Love Orphanage

This month, Soul Sanctuary will host two Be a Difference Maker fundraising workshops, with all proceeds benefiting Love Orphanage’s Culture Camp and classroom-library, in Haiti. Barbara Batdorf’s Mandala Dotillism rock painting workshop will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., November 5, and Shalini Breault will host a restorative evening with the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, from 7 to 9 p.m., November 10.

The Be a Difference Maker program was created three years ago by 16-year-old Sam Milano to bring awareness to the educational challenges faced by children at Love Orphanage. Milano’s successful partnership with the nonprofit We the Village has resulted in sending the children to school for three years, tutoring, books, art supplies, a van and co-leading a Culture Camp in June 2016. Difference Maker workshops support Sam’s current goal of building a classroom-library in Love Orphanage’s new home.

Location: 110 Marter Ave., Ste. 206, Moorestown. For more information, call 856-778-1981 or visit KathyMilano.com.
