Licensed Clinical Social Worker Colleen Bridgid Fitzpatrick, owner of Instrumental Change-Counseling Beyond Talk Therapy, will present an Open House from 6 to 8 p.m., April 25, at Allergy and Health Solutions, in Medford.

Presented in conjunction with Carylann Bautz, owner of Allergy and Health Solutions, the presentation will focus on natural ways to approach anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder and other illnesses that effect emotional well being. Attendees will learn to use the approaches to help their minds, bodies and spirits.

“The most recent research indicates that physical well being plays a large role in having an effective outcome emotionally,” explains Fitzpatrick. “Allergy and Health Solutions has gained national attention for its groundbreaking approaches to challenging physical illnesses.”
