Ayurveda is the science of longevity of life, preventing disease and bringing balance to the body. Sheryl creates a unique treatment plan for each person after meeting them and assessing their skin and lifestyle. She uses only pure organic, natural products and creates her own formulas using essential oils, herbs, muds and clays.
