Yoga for Children, Seniors, Expectant Mothers and Others, with Linda Naulty
After years of studying and teaching yoga throughout the world, Linda Naulty has returned to her native Audubon, where she is looking to establish world-class yoga instruction tailored to individuals that are young, elderly, pregnant or anyone who enjoys or desires gentle yoga instruction.
Naulty is available several local venues. At Enlightened Yoga Studio, she provides gentle hatha yoga classes at 9:45 a.m., Mondays, for seniors and those with limited mobility, strength and/or flexibility. She also teaches a weekly beginners’ Ashtanga series from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesdays, as well as children’s yoga, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., Mondays, at the Wellspring Center for Yoga and Health, in Merchantville. Drop-ins are welcome at both venues, and Naulty is available for individual attention after classes. For a short time, promotional discounted rates are available.
