Zen Chats with Seijaku Roshi at Yoga for Living

Seijaku Roshi

Yoga for Living, in Cherry Hill, will host Zen Chats: An Evening with Seijaku Roshi–Living a Zen Inspired Life, from 7 to 9 p.m., the third Saturday of every month. Roshi, founder of The Zen Society and spiritual director at the Pine Wind Zen Center, has been helping people live authentically for more than 35 years. He will share his wisdom and guidance through meaningful dialogue, meditation tools and visualization techniques, offering both newcomers and longtime practitioners of yoga and meditation a path to a more purposeful and joyful life.

Roshi will also teach an Introduction to Meditation class from 7 to 8:30 p.m., May 5, and lead an authentic Japanese Tea Ceremony from 3 to 5 p.m., May 20. Both events will take place at Yoga for Living.

The Yoga for Living studio is a space of quietude and compassion where the programs and classes are bliss-filled opportunities to step out of the craziness of everyday and have a profound encounter with the self. Through their partnership, Yoga for Living and Seijaku Roshi are creating a unique and nourishing experience to help participants begin to deepen their connection to center, understand their purpose, let go of fear and recognize who they really are.

Cost: $10 individual, $15 couples/partners. Location: 1926 Greentree Rd., Cherry Hill. Registration is encouraged; to register, call 609-268-9151, email [email protected] or visit Jizo-an.org. For more information, call Yoga for Living at 856-404-7287 or visit YogaforLiving.net.
