In its new Mount Laurel location, at 17000 Commerce Parkway, suite D, Taken Back to Nature offers services including health and wellness coaching, nutritional and supplement balancing and reflexology, as well as pH testing and hair mineral analysis. Also available are the company’s products that were formerly sold online only: lip balms, salves and hand and body creams, all handmade in small batches.
Board certified holistic health practitioner and registered yoga instructor Stefanie DeWysockie, has a unique approach to achieving balance between mind, body and spirit by determining one’s oxidation type and tailoring diet, exercise and lifestyle to fit their own biochemistry. “The body knows what it needs, and it will reach homeostasis or body balance when we give it what it really needs, which is eating and living a lifestyle that fits our biochemistry,” she explains. “Everyone is different; what is good for one person may not be good for another so it’s important to know your own biochemistry.” DeWysockie will coach clients on how to shop for healthful foods and personal care products used on a daily basis. She works with adults as well as children and teens and offers 20 percent off initial consultations.
