The Helping Touch Massage and Wellness Center, in Voorhees, has recently expanded their services to include Acupuncture and Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) offered by Melisa Skyrm, M.Ac, L.Ac.

Located in the Sheppard Office Park on Centennial Boulevard, Helping Touch has offered wellness treatments since 2008. Owner Jessica E. Chasen, CMT, designed the space to be a bridge between the sterile medical office concept and the indulgent spa experience. A hospital pharmacist for 10 years, Chasen recognized the need for more than just medications for healing.

Skyrn’s treatments offer clients with chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, digestive issues, women’s health issues, migraines, stress, joint pain, and more a new option for treatment. Based on time, not style of therapy, each integrated massage treatment is customized to the individual’s needs and can include heat therapy and aromatherapy at no additional cost. Thai Yoga massage and Reiki are also now available.
