Natural Awakenings South Jersey

Plants Needed for Boundless Playground

Kathleen Harvey, of Plant Artistry, is working with Build Jake’s Place to help create the first boundless playground in South Jersey. Harvey is requesting donations of plants from the community to help with this project.

“Fall is a great time to dig and divide those wonderful plants or spring bulbs for this worthy cause,” explains Harvey. “Please donate divisions of non-invasive perennial plants or spring bulbs for this playground.”

The boundless playground will be constructed at Challenge Grove Park in Cherry Hill and will allow children of all abilities to reach the very top and capture the joy of playing outside.

To donate plants, email [email protected]. For additional information, visit BuildJakesPlace.org.
