In celebration of the one-year anniversary of The 100 Women Project, creators and health coaches Sheri Oppenheimer and her mother Debbie Zimmerman are partnering with the Richel D’Ambra Spa at The Ritz-Carlton, in Philadelphia, to sponsor a Makeover from the Inside Out Contest to be presented to a deserving mother-and-daughter duo.

The prize package is valued at $5,000 and includes a hair cut and color, makeup application, massage, facial and personal training session for both the mom and daughter at the spa; six months of health coaching for both the mom and daughter from Sheri and Debbie; a private yoga session with One Yoga Philly; a gift certificate to Aenigma Jewelry; a healthy dinner at Seasons 52, in Cherry Hill; and a photo shoot and portrait book with K&K Photography, in Cherry Hill.
