Tiffany Soska, Registered Yoga Teacher and founder of Teeny Yogini, a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, will conduct the Children’s Yoga Teacher Certification Level 1 workshop, from 6 to 9 p.m., November 11, and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., November 12 and 13, at The Sanctuary for Yoga, in Medford.

Workshop participants will be empowered to teach children 18 months to 18 years, provide suitable activities and games for all ages, conduct a family yoga class, adapt curriculum to studio and school and find their inner child again.

Soska has been spreading the joy of yoga for the past decade in schools and studios around the world. Her passion to disseminate tools for growth has led her to train others, and she now has over 400 Teeny Yogini facilitators in five countries enriching children physically, socially and emotionally. As a speaker, Soska regularly conducts workshops and seminars regarding children’s yoga throughout the country.
