Kundalini Yoga Intro Experience
With Teja Valentin. Each class will include asanas (or postures), mudras (hand positions), mantras (sound), drishti (focal piont) and pranayama (breathing techniques). Also meditation, dance, deep relaxation and the occasional gong bath.
