For the Young Ones - Ages 11-16
A welcoming, fun, enriching experience for body, mind and spirit. A mix of art, yoga and mindfulness. Mindfulness helps us find focus, balance and peace. Small class size to focus on each young person and their individual needs. All art projects will encourage positive empowerment and creativity.
