Gentle Yoga & Sound Healing
2 Hour Yoga Workshop - Instructor Joy Lasher
During this yoga workshop, you will be guided through 90 minutes of gentle yoga poses, breathwork and meditation followed by 30 minutes of sound meditation with singing bowls, wind gongs, drums and rainsticks. These sounds and vibrations will help you focus-deepening your meditation practice-leaving you relaxed and refreshed! All skill levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing.
