A little known aspect of traditional Thai Healing and culture. Reusi Dat Ton is the foundation to traditional Thai Yoga Therapy.
A typical Reusi Dat Ton program consists of breathing, self-massage, dynamic exercises and poses (some with self-acupressure), visualization, mantras, and meditation.
Some of the many benefits consist of increased joint mobility, greater range of motion, better circulation, improved respiration and digestion, stronger immunity, reduced stress and anxiety, and greater longevity.
