SOS Level I (Save Our Spines)
Learn various techniques that combat lower back pain including proper form while performing targeted weightlifting and flexibility exercises at Virtua Center for HealthFitness-Moorestown's SOS Level I class. Also, this program will focus on improving the most common causes of discomfort including:
-Degenerative Discs
-Muscular or Ligament Strain
-Herniated Discs
-Sciatica
