Sheena Davis, LCSW with over 10 yrs. experience in psychotherapy and a Reiki practitioner guides participants through mindfulness techniques to help manage and decrease stress from work, parenting, relationship, anxiety and sadness. You'll learn body scanning, mindful walking & eating, thought reframing, mantras, breathing, movement and more!
