Yoga and Aromatherapy Workshop in Hainesport
Holistic Health Practitioner and Registered Yoga Teacher Stefanie DeWysockie will host a Yoga and Aromatherapy Workshop from noon to 1:30 p.m., November 14, at Sol Yoga studio, in Hainesport.
Following an introduction to different essential oils and how to use them, participants will have the opportunity to make their own aromatic spray or yoga mat cleaner to take home. DeWysockie will also discuss specific essential oils that can help protect and support the body during cold and flu season.
“Practicing with essential oils can create calm, increase stamina, deepen focus, improve mental clarity and strengthen the mind/body connection,” says DeWysockie.
