Buti Yoga and Tribal Belly Dance Instructor Shoshana is world renowned; certified in nutrition, herbal medicine, anatomy and physiology; and has a background in somatic healing.
Priestess Works embodies the sacred principles of belly dance—the most ancient women's art—as their goal is to provide students with a strategic education in this complex style of dance. Classes include an understanding of the anatomy and physiology of movement, strong technique and body awareness inspired by yogic principles, as well as comprehensive worksheets and nutrition and technique practices to build strength fast, balance hormones and build self-confidence. After 10 weeks of classes, students report having better relationships, breakthroughs in intimacy, improved sleeping patterns, increased happiness, reduction in the experience of anxiety and depression, and an overall accomplishment in their health goals.
