Gyrotonic Method Offered in Haddonfield

The Gyrotonic Method, a series of movements that addresses the entire person by opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and improving strength and efficiency.

Nagare, a private, home-based studio in Haddonfield owned by Lisa Roche, is offering the Gyrotonic Method, a series of movements that addresses the entire person by opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and improving strength and efficiency. A 50 percent discount is available on a first session for new clients this month.

“With gyrotonic exercises, each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression,” explains Roche. “These carefully crafted sequences create balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility. Gyrotonic movements are completely customizable, making them suitable for any age and level of fitness.”

Roche discovered the benefits of gyrotonic while recovering from a back injury. With a background in competitive swimming, she was drawn to the system’s fluidity. The multidimensional movements aided in recovery and introduced a much healthier and happier lifestyle.
