Live in Joy Yoga and Wellness Offers Stress Release Sundays
Live in Joy Yoga and Wellness and Certified Clinical Trauma professional, Devpreet Kaur, have paired up to conduct Stress Release Sundays from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Audubon studio.
Statistics overwhelmingly show that we are a highly stressed society. “Research recognizes yoga as the healthiest and thorough way to release stress, tension, negative energy and emotions that are toxic to vitality, relationships and the quality of life,” notes Kaur, a certified yoga, chair yoga and meditation teacher.
The weekly class will allow you to ward off the Sunday stress syndrome with yoga, meditation and other evidence-based anxiety relief methods that can be used throughout the week.
