Discover the Secrets of Natural Walking
Our habits of improper walking can result in imbalances within the body and directly impact overall health.
“Our habits of improper walking can result in imbalances within the body and directly impact overall health,” asserts Sally Mydlowec, a Secrets of Natural Walking instructor.
Mydlowec will discuss common walking mistakes and explain how to fix them at her Secrets of Natural Walking workshops, taking place August 12 and September 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Hampton Inn Cherry Hill Voorhees. A daylong workshop is $150.
“Secrets of Natural Walking is an effective and easy-to-learn walking practice that naturally reawakens your body’s own healing capabilities,” says Mydlowec.
“Natural Walking has been shown to help adjust muscles, joints and spine, and help stimulate the meridians and reflexology zones, improving overall physical and emotional health and body fitness,” she adds.
